A commercial real estate firm needed a flagship office providing a strong corporate identity and a vibrant work place. The design solution was centered on the “Big Room”, approximately 3,200 square feet of work space for the project teams. Site-specific fine art was commissioned, including the (!) sculpture by Richard Artschwager, which has become a company symbol for creativity. A large wall-drawing by Sol Lewitt anchors the “Big Room.” Other artwork complements the architecture and creates an environment filled with imagination.
